(approximate measurements...I just throw stuff together) 2 handfuls of collards that have been cleaned and sliced into thin strips 1 banana 1/2 cup blueberries (I use frozen) 1/4 cup silken tofu 2 tsp. agave enough water to help the blender work, not too much or the collards won't get ground up enough I throw it all into the blender and let it go on the highest setting for about a minute until the collards are as ground up as possible.
