Guest guest Posted August 21, 2009 Report Share Posted August 21, 2009 CHILLI GARLIC MUSHROOMS 1/3 cup olive oil 50 g (2 oz) butter 6 cloves garlic, crushed 2 small fresh red chilies, finely chopped 1 kg (2 lb) mushrooms 1 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley. Heat oil and butter in large pan, add garlic, chilies and mushrooms, cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add remaining ingredients.
