Guest guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Share Posted July 15, 2009 TOFU SOUFFLE 1 packet tofu (about 400 gr) 1 onion 1 cup ww flour 3/4 cup soymilk 1/2 cup oil 1 tspn baking powder 2 Tbspns soysauce. S & P Mix all in a blender till just pourable. Pour into bowl leaving space above for expansion and cook 40 minutes, medium-high. Layer with onion rings, squash, aubergine(eggplant), tomato slices.
