QOW - What's for Breakfast...

Breakfast is my most important meal of the day, so I have a good one.

Oatmeal with long cooking Oats, Sliced apples, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast

with apple butter on them. Or I will poach two jumbo eggs and have them on

2 pieces of whole wheat toast with apples, oranges, or grapefruit on the

side. Sometimes I will put polenta on a plate and put two poached eggs on

top of it. I usually have some home fries with the poached eggs with maybe

some pepper and onion slices cooked up with them.
