Guest guest Posted March 28, 2009 Report Share Posted March 28, 2009 Spicy Cheese & Spinach Dip Ingredients: 10 oz. Chopped Frozen Spinach 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (made with 2% milk) (Sliced) 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (reduced fat or fat free) (Sliced) 1 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Chiles Directions: Cut up the Velveeta and cream cheese and add in a large microwavable mixing bowl. Then add the entire can of Ro-Tel and the (frozen) spinach. Microwave on a low power for 10 minutes with occasional stirring. Continue to microwave until the desired viscosity is reached.
