Slow-baked Beans* 3 cups cooked pinto beans 3 cups cooked lima beans 1/4 cup catsup 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tomatoes, sliced in 8ths 1 cup chopped bell pepper Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 F. for 2 1/2 hours. Changes I made: I used dry beans that I precooked. I used a can of diced tomatoes, drained.
