Guest guest Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 I've read a lot a recipies about acorn squash. In Joy of cooking, they list microwaving, steaming and stewing. It is just hard to cut before it is cooked. Good Luck with it. I'm going to cook mine tonight. I haven't decided how to do it, I have received so many great different recipies.
