Guest guest
Nancy It is so easy to roll dough out evenly to the exact size and shape you want with these. We roll our cookie dough, pie crusts, pizza crust, crescent roll dough, biscuit dough, crackers, you name it. Another thing I love about it is the leverage you get with this one and the fact that you don't need a lot of space to roll out the dough in, like you do with the big rolling pins. With the big rollig pins it isn't as easy to roll our smaller sections of the dough thiner if needed and you need so much extra counter space to roll the edges. Yes I LOVE thrift stores!!!!!
