It is so easy to roll dough out evenly to the exact size and shape

you want with these. We roll our cookie dough, pie crusts, pizza

crust, crescent roll dough, biscuit dough, crackers, you name it.

 

Another thing I love about it is the leverage you get with this one

and the fact that you don't need a lot of space to roll out the dough

in, like you do with the big rolling pins. With the big rollig pins

it isn't as easy to roll our smaller sections of the dough thiner if

needed and you need so much extra counter space to roll the edges.

 

Yes I LOVE thrift stores!!!!!
