Guest guest Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 Garden Vegetable Spread 8 ounces soft cream cheese 1/2 cup shredded carrot 1/2 cup shredded zucchini 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 dash pepper Combine ingredients; mix well.
