(I omitted the mint & butter and added an extra tablespoon of lemon juice because initially it was a little hot for me.) It was cold and icy here yesterday. I snuggled up, had three big bowls, and felt very happy :^) Many thanks to Chupa for sharing this recipe and to Christie for pointing me to it--Yum!
