Guest guest Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 Ok, I'll try medium. All I've ever tried is firm. I've had tofu a couple of times that I liked it. Crumbled in a frozen veggie pot pie it was good, and also in Kung Pao tofu from Whole Foods' deli. I don't care for most stir fry sauces, so I haven't had any luck fixing it that way. Audrey S.
