Ok, I'll try medium. All I've ever tried is firm.

I've had tofu a couple of times that I liked it. Crumbled in a frozen veggie

pot pie it was good, and also in Kung Pao tofu from Whole Foods' deli. I

don't care for most stir fry sauces, so I haven't had any luck fixing it

that way.

Hi Audrey

Have you tried smoked tofu? It's absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I can't

remember where I bought it last and every store I have been in lately doesn't

sell it. I'll just keep looking.

No -- I have seen it at two different stores, and wondered what it was like.

How do you fix it?
