Guest guest Posted May 4, 2009 Report Share Posted May 4, 2009 Supper was fantastic. The kids loved it. I told them afterward that it was vegetarian, and they still said that it was a keeper. We had fresh guacamole, salsa and salad with it. Yum! I did notice a texture diffence in the Boca crumbles vs. the Morningstar I had tried before. The Boca seemed a bit chewy. Now I know which I prefer. My husband and I make and can our own salsa every year, so it was nice to have that available. That quiche recipe sounds rather tasty. I may try that as well.
