This morning I put my big blue plastic watering can in the bathtub to fill up (fills up faster than from the kitchen sink). I couldn't get cool water, just hot (really really hot -- weird water heater!) so I dumped it out and left the empty watering can on the bathroom floor. Later, I heard all kinds of banging around and as I went to investigate, the upside-down watering can came dancing out of the bathroom on top of a head-less cat body! I went to help, but she was running like a bat out of hell, and by the time I got into the bedroom, the empty watering can was on the floor and she was hiding from it, under the bed. It was my youngest kitty Matilda, who is only about a year old. Apparently, Tilda just HAD to check out that dark space inside the watering can!! I wonder if cats get embarrassed... sometimes they sure look like they're embarrassed (especially when they start washing their faces after doing something particularly silly) but... they KEEP doing the same silly things over and over again!
