Guest guest
RE: the " chopped milk " Ha! I thought that one was a hoot! ( " 8 oz. chopped milk " )! --maybe CHEESE??? (I don't like milk, but eat a LOT of cheese, cream cheese, dairy yogurt and so on.) Actually, it says that because of the way the recipe is formatted. The line should read: " 8 oz. chopped milk CHOCOLATE... " , because the line following the " chopped milk " says: 'chocolate 1/2 cup (4 oz.) butter, room... " , and then, " temperature, 3 egg yolks... " Apparently the whole ingredients list is sort of run together and not in a column form like a lot of us are used to seeing. It does look funny, but there's a logical explanation! Cheers! --Laura B., in Illinois Jeanne, what is '8 ounces chopped milk'? I could not figure that part out. Strawberry Truffles Ingredients:8 ounces chopped milk chocolate1/2 cup (4 oz) butter, room temperature3 egg yolks, room temperature1/2 cup good-quality strawberry preserves1 lb chocolate or candy coating, for dipping
