Hi,

 

I am looking to change to vegetarian eating/lifestyle for health, weight loss,

and

just taking better care of myself. I have done this a couple times before and

always felt so much better. Hoping to make this a permanent change. I'm

looking

forward to browsing through the list files and posts, and trying out new

recipes.
