Guest guest Posted June 20, 2009 Report Share Posted June 20, 2009 Courgettes (Zucchini) With Parmesan Cheese Recipe By :Rose Elliot Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetable accompaniments Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 courgettes (zucchini) butter 1 clove garlic -- crushed finely chopped parsley sea salt freshly ground black pepper grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Dot each face with butter, garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, a layer of cheese and chopped walnuts. Grill for a couple of minutes or so. The top should cook, while the courgettes stay crisp and half raw.
