I love the smell of homemade bread baking too, Audrey. I use my bread machine.

It sure takes all the time and energy out of making homemade bread doesn't it.

I've tried both of these and while I like both better than any store-bought

bread, I prefer the 100% Whole Wheat mix. I make the dough in my bread

machine and then bake in the oven. It makes my home smell wonderful, too!

I am able to buy most of bob's brand products @ my local food Coop. I imagine

most large natural food stores would also carry those great products. I began

using them when I discovered I had a gluten allergy that seemed to come along

with lyme disease.
