Before buying a product check first the container and ask yourself if you want

it to end up in our landfills? Is the container made from recycled products and

bio-degradable?

Is the product manufactured close to home or in the US?

Compare prices..Would it cost a little more but be healthier if the product was

organic?

Do you know that you can make a dozen veggie burgers for less than it costs for

a box of 4?

You can also buy several pounds of fresh organic fruit for what one small bottle

of juice will cost and there will be no plastic container to throw away.

You can fill a glass gallon container over and over with purified water for 25

cents per gallon.

Think first *land fill*/re-cycle before you buy any product.

Use a cloth shopping bag.
