Hello everyone,

 

Thank you for accepting me to your group! For the past 20 years, I

have intermittantly explored becoming a vegetarian. Vegetarianism

interests for many reasons, and having never succeeded in making the

commitment, thought I would join your group. The good news is that I

love legumes, but my hope is that I will lose my fear of tofu and TVP,

and maybe give Quorn a chance.

I look forward to learning and contributing.
