TVP definition

TVP = Texturized Vegetable Protein. Good stuff. If you have not acquired a taste

for tofu, this is nothing like tofu, more like mea* (or chicke*, or sausag* or

hamish bits or or or)

and recipes using it (scroll way down) some recipes call for meat but you can

substitute TVP for it. So far i haven't found a fishish TVP but the crabless

cakes in the files are really good and hard to tell from the real crab or not.

Hi! Where in the grocery would I find TVP? Also...I am unable to find vegan
