Guest guest Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 Onion 'N Dill Potatoes 1 3/4 pounds small new red potatoes, quartered water 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper In 3-quart saucepan place potatoes and enough water to cover. Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil, 4 to 6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking until potatoes are fork tender, 8 to 12 minutes; drain. Return potatoes to pan. In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes. Cook over medium heat, gently stirring occasionally, until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
