Hello all!

 

My name is Amanda.  I am newly (1 1/2 weeks) vegetarian.  I am having a

difficult time getting support from my family on this decision, and so I am

looking for a group of people to get advice from and support from.  I am only

vegetarian, I still eat dairy (eggs, cheese) but I am having a hard time

figuring out what I can and cannot eat.  I had tofu for the first time this past

weekend, and also tried meatless hot dogs.   Any info or help from you all would

be greatly appreciated!
