Guest guest Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 People bring containers to me asking for my potato salad, it is delicious. Use red potatoes, you can peel or leave the skins on. Cut each medium potato in 6th's and steam. When tender place on a large plate and let them cool. I don't add a lot to my potato salad, less is more, really. I use salt, mayo (I use Vegenaise but your favorite brand will work, I add mustard powder, little Mrs Dash or black pepper, chopped celery, onion and a few hard boiled eggs if you like. That's it.
