It's way better than the canned stuff. Audrey S. Enchilada Sauce 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp chili powder (I used Penzey's, it was wonderful!) 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce 2 c. water 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder Heat oil; stir in flour and chili powder, cook 1 minute.
