Judy Exotic Cabbage 1 med. onion, diced 1/2 c. grated coconut - unsweetened 3/4 t. mustard seeds 1 t. tumeric 1/4 c. butter or Smart Balance Light(I used this) 1 large cabbage, chopped 2 t. salt Saute onion, coconut, mustard seeds and tumeric in butter in a large frying pan or wok, for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage and salt; stir well. Cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, or until tender crisp, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. Yeilds 8 servings.
