My daughter loves cheesecake and would like to do a wedding cake that consists of some cheesecake. I have seen some vegetarian cheesecakes in the folders but not to many vegan ones. Does anyone have one hiding in their recipe folders at home? I am going with my daughter to talk to the reception hall about some vegan dinners that we can serve at the wedding.
