Vegan cheesecake Need Help with Daughters Wedding Ideas

Please try the Vegan Cheesecake (Native Foods)  I have eaten it in their

restaurant and made it several times from their cookbook.  It is the best.

The Joy of Vegan Baking cookbook has a few too but I haven't posted those yet

My daughter a vegetarian is getting married in June and has a lot of

friends that are vegan. My daughter loves cheesecake and would like to

do a wedding cake that consists of some cheesecake. I have seen some

vegetarian cheesecakes in the folders but not to many vegan ones. Does

anyone have one hiding in their recipe folders at home? I am going

with my daughter to talk to the reception hall about some vegan

dinners that we can serve at the wedding. Any one have any ideas?

Has anyone had any vegetarian/vegan weddings recently?
