I also made some fresh pesto, exotic cabbage(will send in the recipe), and steam fried swiss chard with garlic slices. It was all extremely good. Yours to Enjoy, Judy Curried Garbanzo Zuchinni 1 T. mustard seed 1 t. cumin seed 1 t. tumeric 1 t. curry powder Heat in a dry frying pan,stirring often. When the mustard seeds start popping, add the following. 1 zuchinni, diced 1 tomato, diced 1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans, drained 1/2 t. salt or to taste Stir into the toasted spices above in the heated frying pan, mixing well.
