Guest guest
This was very good! I expected it to taste sort of like cream of spinach soup, but it has a great " lightness " thing happening. I also really like the texture of the onions with the cooked lettuce. (I steam sauteed the onions first with a tiny bit of olive oil, instead of using butter.) Definitely a keeper! Thanks so much, Zena!! This soup may sound strange, but it really is very good! You may want to > add your own seasonings to your taste. It is bland cooked this way so spice it up a bit. > > > > > > >
