Guest guest Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 It really doesn't have any flavor (I know people say that about tofu, but I think tofu has a taste, one that I don't care for) -- you have to season it. The texture is kind of like rice, almost. Have fun!
