Guest guest
I grew up in a home with the green glob on the dinner plate. I ate it anyway and couldn't tell peas from zucchini since it was steamed or boiled for 40 mins or so. I have always had a huge appetite and I would eat anything so I made up for it the next day eating at a neighbors house lol We always had fresh fruit. Guest guest
I grew up with a my family and we always had a huge garden. Always canning from green beans beets etc. Always had a root cellars and was able to winter enough apples, pears potatoes, and six different kinds of squashes. I am slowly getting back to that way of life as well. First year was able to winter squash all the way up until 1 week ago when I had the last butternut. It has been fun and brings back alot of memories of years gone by. ltr Calvin Weeks
