Guest guest Posted May 9, 2009 Report Share Posted May 9, 2009 I try to eat a balanced daily diet of veggies, grains, beans, fruits and yogurt. I love quinoa, but never have seen it in red. I like it cooked in a little salt and butter. I am having fun thinking up combos of veggies, especially different colors of foods, so I guess I am playing with my food. LOL Karo Follow your balanced vegetarian diet and you will feel better, more energy, better results when you have your next physical. Guest guest Posted May 9, 2009 Report Share Posted May 9, 2009 Mushrooms are one of my favorite foods (and they always go well with onions, one of my other favorite foods)! I'm making mushroom stroganoff for my Mama and my Grandma tomorrow. Since mom is on some weird low-carb diet (I don't comment or ask questions, I just smile and nod -- she's happy and she has lost weight!), she will have it over chicken and I will have mine over pasta.
