EMERALD FRUIT SALAD

 

servings: about 7

 

3 medium tart green apples -- cubed

2 cyo honeydew melon -- cubed

2 cups green grapes -- halved

3 whole kiwi fruits -- peeled, sliced and q

1 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt (8 oz)

3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar

3 tablespoons orange juice

1/2 teaspoon orange peel -- grated

 

In a large bowl, combine the fruit. In a small bowl, combine the

yogurt, sugar,

orange juice and peel. Spoon over fruit; serve immediately.
