Guest guest Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 Orange, Beet, and Spinach Salad 8 ozs. spinach 1 pound of fresh, washed, peeled and chopped red beets 2 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned 1 small red onion, finely minced 1/3 cup of toasted walnut pieces 1/2 cup of raspberry vinaigrette dressing bottled or your favorite Toss all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
