Guest guest
Delish! next time I will buy the cauliflower already cut, as it was a little difficult to make sure the center of it cooked and the outside didn't over cook. I added a little vodka sauce to the bottom of the dish before baking, and made penne with vodka sauce as a side with a big green salad. My daughter loved it, after making a huge fuss she was not going to eat " the pie " (she didn't even know what it was, but she is only 3 LOL) thanks, and it will definitely be on my menu again.
