it sounds great.

 

Splenda caught my attention. it may be a no no.

i prefer not to eat anything with this ingredient, but

food companies may not have to show small amounts or may

Creamy Fruit Dip

Ingredients

8 oz low fat cream cheese

6 oz sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

3 tbsp Splenda

 

Soften cream cheese in large mixing bowl.

Beat on medium speed with mixer, gradually add yogurt,

vanlla extract, and Splenda.

 

Whip on high until light and fluffy.

Use as a dip for your choice of fruit such as peaches,

melon, apple slices,or pears.
