Gluten Free Flour Question - Stollen

Hi All..

 

Just a quick question for the group:

 

I have a lovely recipe for stollen which I have made for Christmas this

year.

However I have been asked to make a second batch but make it

gluten-free.

Does anyone know if I can just simply convert it by using gluten free

flour? Does this 'bake' up in the same way as normal flour?

Essentially its just a sweet bread mix so this should work?? Or does

anyone have a gluten free recipe for stollen?
