Trying to Kick Coffee, then try barley tea

We talked about this a few months ago.  Go to the Asian market and get

some barley tea.  It tastes quite a bit like coffee especially iced.  It's made

from roasted barley, won't hurt your stomach.

Try a tea called Yerba Mate. It actually isn't a tea in terms of plant genus,

but is a tea, as in tincture. It is a staple in South America, tastes great, and

is a terrific bridge between coffee and going cold turkey (sorry!).. The

yummiest is made by Teavana, and is calle MateVana. You can order from their

website if you don't have a Teavana store near you. Most health food stores also

carry Mate.
