Guest guest
We talked about this a few months ago. Go to the Asian market and get some barley tea. It tastes quite a bit like coffee especially iced. It's made from roasted barley, won't hurt your stomach. It actually isn't a tea in terms of plant genus, but is a tea, as in tincture. It is a staple in South America, tastes great, and is a terrific bridge between coffee and going cold turkey (sorry!).. The yummiest is made by Teavana, and is calle MateVana. You can order from their website if you don't have a Teavana store near you. Most health food stores also carry Mate.
