Guest guest Posted July 10, 2009 Report Share Posted July 10, 2009 Well, having had the good fortune over the years (pre veggie days) of eating fantastic Italian sausage from Jersey and NY, this can't even come close. ?They're good, but taste nothing like Italian sausage. ? ?They're quite large and the texture is good (not rubbery), but have a smokey flavor...more like a spicy hot dog which will work for me when I'm in a hot dog mood.
