Guest guest Posted May 26, 2009 Report Share Posted May 26, 2009 2- 15 oz cans drained, rinsed chickpeas 1/2 c. warm water 3 T. lime juice 1T. tahini 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1 T. garlic 1 tsp salt 2T fresh cilantro Blend chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin, garlic and salt in blender until smooth. Add extra water if necessary.
