Guest guest Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 Last night was a bit unusul. I just made whatever looked good and my family wanted. We had a frozen pizza, fried eggplant and steamed artichokes with bowls of strawberries for desert. On Mondays I work at the farm and then when I get home I'm taking care of the food I got. I cored lots of tomatoes and put them in the freezer so I can skin them today and make salsa. I have a bunch of really nice cherry tomatoes in the dehydrator, they come out like raisins. I take some of the produce to friends of ours who are older and have health issues. I still have 4 bunches of beet greens to take care of.
