Jacques Sage Walnut Garlic Scape Pesto 1 cup tender scapes, cut in about 1 " pieces 3/4 to 1 cup fresh sage 3 chopped garlic cloves 1/2 cup veg. oil 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup chopped almonds Blend all to an even consistency in blender. Store in refrigerator for short term use, or in the freezer to keep longer. Toss with hot pasta or spread over Italian bread slices.
