Guest guest
This sauce is one my Chilean grandma would always make. It's delicious on everything - as a spread on sandwiches, just alone on bread, with tortilla chips... It's always a hit at parties too. I put it on a spicy black bean burger today along with mashed avocado (another Chilean thing), lettuce, tomato, and some fajita veggies - absolutely delectable. Amazing Garlicky Sauce/Spread 1 1/2 bunches of cilantro 4 TBSP mayonnaise 3 cloves of garlic (or 4, if you really really love garlic) Put ingredients into a food processor and mix until all is completely blended and the consistency is like a spread (about 45 seconds). Have fun!
