Guest guest Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 Broccoli, Hearts and Mushrooms 3 bunch broccoli, chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup sliced mushrooms 4 clove garlic, sliced 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 14.5 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts Steam broccoli for 10 minutes. In a heated skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion over medium heat until transparent, about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic. When garlic is soft, add soy sauce, lemon juice, artichoke hearts and broccoli. Toss and heat thoroughly. Season with salt and black ground pepper according to taste. Makes 6 servings.
