Guest guest Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 Black Olive and Pimiento Spread 1 cup nonfat cream cheese 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 15 black olives chopped 1/4 cup pimientos diced 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives Mix the seasoning and the cream cheese until well blended. Stir in the olives, pimientos, and chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Try this on bagels, pita chips, crackers, or celery. Great for hors d'oeuvres. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
