Guest guest Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 I freeze bananas all the time -- I only like them fresh when they're almost green. When they get ripe, I freeze them. Do you ever make a banana shake with frozen bananas, a little milk, and a little vanilla? My new immersion blender does a great job making a banana shake (and is much less messy than my traditional blender).
