Guest guest Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 Sesame Snow Peas 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed, strings discarded 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon soy sauce 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted lightly Cut snow peas on diagonal into long thin slices. Blanch snow peas 30 seconds in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain in a colander. Rinse under cold water. Drain well; transfer to a bowl.
