Guest guest
Thank you Jane. I was so excited. Actually 3 things that I entered won first place, over meat entrees. Those judges and everyone that was there, kept mentioning how good my food items were. One of the judges they had, shoes and trims our horses hooves. He had never had lentil spinach soup before and he fell in love with mine, One day when he came over, I gave him a glass jar full of it and a big slice of Vermont Maple Sweetened Cornbread. You should have seen the smile he gave me. It made his day! Jane _____ On Behalf Of wwjd Friday, August 07, 2009 10:45 AM Re: Cold Thai Noodle Salad - Recipe Repost It has a Peanut Sauce I've taken it to potlucks within an hour of my home. If the potluck starts right away when we get there, then I premix in the dressing. If not, then I mix in the peanut dressing, right before I serve it. I won the salad catagory in a local cooking contest, with this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. How does it travel ? do you toss after you get to where you are going or does it hold mixed beforehand? Too many questions? : ) Jane .
