Guest guest Posted July 4, 2009 Report Share Posted July 4, 2009 We have a fruit share and a cheese share with a local co-op this year, and I've had strawberries every week for four weeks. It was getting to where I couldn't face another strawberry, when I found the spaghetti with strawberries recipe in the files here. It is yummy and different. DH will eat strawberries but isn't ecstatic about them, and he liked this sauce enough to ask if I'd consider making another batch to put in the freezer for another time. I have to label this a success.
