Sounds like a silly question, but... do you just mix it and then freeze it, then let it rise after it thaws? I get the Bob's Red Mill whole wheat bread mix and put it in my bread machine (dough cycle only) then bake it as rolls in the oven, but it gets moldy way before I finish it in a week. Audrey S.
